I am convinced that darkness rules the Universe. Simply because black holes are the most powerful forces in the Universe, sucking in light. So not even light can overcome a blackhole making darkness the ruler over everything.

Love reading this blog every week! This is my first time posting.

Would appreciate your thoughts on the following:

Cooper was very precise in explaining how he got to the "Island". He could have generalized, but he went into detail re: the car crash?

Could Cooper be the man that Jack did not save when he saved his future wife, Sara?

If so, this would make him Boone and Shannon's father. Cooper made it a point to insinuate he had other kids.

Thanks for allowing me to share.

on the theme of black and white, it stands to note that the black characters on this show are disappearing.

michael and walt left by boat. Eko was killed by the smoke monster. Ms. Klugh was shot and is (presumably) dead. Rose hasn't been seen in quite a while.

What gives?
At least there are black characters, I haven't seen one Italian-German mixed American on the show yet. ;)
yeah, & i haven't seen any bi-racial families either.
Rose and Bernard are a biracial family. Of course, they seem to have disappeared too -- WHERE ARE THEY?
Oh right, i forgot they were even on the show anymore. It's a little beach, it's worse than a small town, u can't avoid people for that long! Unless of course smokey came over and ate both of them in the middle of the night.
Arggghhh. For the eleventybillionth time, Rose and Bernard's characters are doing other gigs and will be back when they are available. They will be written in at that time (I bet we seen them in the finale). They are not main characters so the producers have to work around them.
This is my one complaint about LOST. Despite all of the wonderfulness, it can't seem to rise above the marketing crap. Main characters are white and 30-ish. Real airplanes doing international flights are full of many kinds of people and have plenty of 40, 50, 60+ year olds. If only the men are archetypal heroes and the women are for sex and babies, I'm outa here at the end of this season.

On a positive note, I think Rousseau may be a heroine, Rose has healing powers somewhat like Locke's, and I am looking forward to tonight's episode with wine in one hand and pizza in the other. Cheers.

Hammer: i hope you don't think I'm picking on you. I find your comments mostly enlightening and always humorous. This blog keeps me from going nuts at work. Just letting you know I've used eleventlybillionth and its sisterword bajillion several times.
