Lost News Update - December 13th, 2007
11 months, 2 weeks ago by WillRead more: ABC, Carlton Cuse, Damon Lindelof, Lost Video, Merchandise
Finally, a week where we have some interesting things to discuss!
*Season 4 Trailer - DarkUFO broke this originally, but if you have yet to see the trailer, here it is:
*Season 3 DVD Release - The Washington Post had a good article about the Season 3 DVD release - this represents a pretty comprehensive (and compelling) overview related to the content within the boxed set, if you are on the fence about your purchase. Lindelof and Cuse also sat down for an interview related to the DVD release here.
*WGA Strike - Some rumors are circulating that the powers at ABC or debating whether to only release 6, or all 8, of the episodes already finished for Season 4. The story goes that there is a more “natural” break in the storyline after episode 6, and the thought is to push the other two episodes to the second half of Season 4. The problem there, obviously, is that the WGA strike goes on and who knows when production will resume.

The ABC page now shows a counter, which as of this typing says “NEXT EPISODE AIRS IN: 47 days 02:54:14.” (January 31, 9/8c.)
I’m wondering what will happen when the counter hits 0 days, 01:48:00 (i.e., 108 minutes).

oh wait, just found this
As first teased by the Ausiello Report, Lost has found a new home — Thursdays at 9 pm/ET, with the new season premiering Jan. 31 (at which time fresh Grey’s episodes will have expired). That pits the castaways against CSI repeats, Don’t Forget the Lyrics, Celebrity Apprentice and Supernatural. Greg Berlanti’s Eli Stone (starring Jonny Lee Miller and Victor Garber) debuts that same night, following Lost.

When you see the new Lost trailer on tv, at the end when it shows the island and the reflection in the ocean there is a reflection of a (city skyline) instead of the the islands mountains. It is upside down as a reflection should be but it is of a city skyline. I have tevo and when you stop or slomo the scene it is very obvious.
also you glimpsy Jaacks father sitting in the “pirates chair in the cabin”……

So question…Miami sky line? Portland sky line? Sidney sky line? Maybe the hidden island is close enough to one of the cities for that small sub to make trips?

I believe that the image in the water in the forground is the greek symbol THETA. Some people use the symbol theta to represent a persons appearance versus actual time. Theta describes the effect of time on appearance. Maybe the Island is some sort of time machine.
